Careers Department at Aorere College

Aorere College offers a range of courses to meet the varied interests and capabilities of our students. Some courses are only available to the Senior School. Students are advised to refer to the Careers Department to make an informed decision about their course selection to suit their future career plans. Year 9 students follow a set course throughout the year where they are exposed to all learning areas. Year 10 and 11 students study a set course with the addition of two optional subjects. Year 12 students must study English and can also study four optional subjects (5 subjects in total). Year 13 students study five optional subjects.
