Formal Dinner at Novotel-our amazing sponsors.

3/7/2018

On the 25th of July, we were lucky enough to be invited to a formal dinner at Novotel, who are our sponsors for the exchange programme.
The scene was pretty fancy, and most of us felt a little  overwhelmed. I felt so out of place my face burned red while I talked.Lol.
However, as the night progressed, we began to feel more comfortable and enjoy ourselves. Since I sat next to Paul Columbus (Novotels General Manager), I had an exceptionally great time (or so he told me I did).
Most of the things on the menu seemed foreign to me, but were actually really good. It reinforced the fact that trying new things is the only way to discover things you might love without even knowing about it, which I know will be important to keep in mind when travelling to another country.
Overall, the dinner was amazing, and I'm grateful for the experience.

Thank you to Novotel for sponsoring our exchange and giving us such a valuable, once in a life time experience. ❤️
