Every night I go to sleep at the same time as my host family. This means I usually sleep at 11:00 or 12:00 at night, however, I wake up at like 5:00 am every morning. Everyday me along with the other Aorere students have a long schedule, that's very tiring.
Getting 5 hours of sleep every night and then having the sun drain all the energy in your body is exhausting. Thankfully Ono Sensei has recognised this and has given us a room that we can go to for a break when we are tired in class. We all gladly took this offer and spent most of today's classes in that room sleeping.
After school, a friend from Jishukan, Gabby and her buddy and me and my buddy all went shopping. Here we went to Wendy's where I found it strange that people make reservations and that the worker weighed the french fries before giving them. However, the food was better than New Zealand's Wendy's.

We also went to the 100 yen shop. Seriously why don't we have one of these in New Zealand? It's insane how much you can buy with just 100 yen (1:30 NZD).

Then we went to Starbucks. The employees didn't know me and Gabby's names as we mimed our orders. Because of this instead of writing our names, they drew a cute photo.  Sooooo cute!!!

Finally, we went to a photo booth place. Although it makes you look really different. This was a really funny experience, as the other girls looked so cute while Gabby and I just looked weird. However, even though I cringe at myself in the photos, I will still cherish this memory I shared with my new friends (Tomodachi).
