ACADEMIC CONFERENCES - TERM 3 2021
Dear Whānau, parents and guardians,
Our academic conferences for Term 3 will take place on Wednesday, 25 August and Thursday, 26 August between 2pm and 8pm. Students finish at 1.20pm on both days with class times shortened to minimise disruption.
How do I book?
● Log in to the school interviews website; https://www.schoolinterviews.co.nz/login
● Click on MAKE A BOOKING
● Enter the event code:uepzp
What Information do you need to make the school interview booking?
● Email address - You need to enter in a current/ valid email address (you can use your son/daughters school one if you have not got one).
● Child’s Name - Type in your child’s name.
● Select the teacher - For this part you will need to know your son/ daughter's Academic Mentor or the name of the Teacher who will be completing the conference.
● Select AMT/Class - This is their AMT
● You can also make a booking for a Careers interview with Ms Anila Sudhakar.
Who can I call if I have trouble making a booking?
Please call the office 092785608 between 8am-4pm. They can make the booking on your behalf. If any of your contact details have changed, please call to let the office staff know. It is vital that we are able to contact you.

What do you do if you make a booking but you can’t attend?
If you have made a booking and are unable to attend (for whatever reason) please ring and leave a message with the front office or year level dean, so they can arrange another time for the Academic Conference to occur.
