Japanese Exchange: Aorere College and sister school, Jishukan High School

On Monday 19th January 2018, Aorere College and Jishukan High School in Kanagawa, Japan became sister schools. The Principal of Jishukan High School, Mr Yasui made his official visit to Aorere College and was welcomed in a beautiful Powhiri. This agreement will allow both schools to send a group of students on an annual cultural exchange free of charge to each other's respective schools. This is an amazing opportunity for our students to experience a truly unique culture and share their own to those coming from Japan. We look forward to maintaining this special relationship with Jishukan High School for years to come.
